The Venezuelan native who has resided in Florida since the age of 10, has always been inclined towards the culinary arts. The self-taught cook is now on the path to achieving every chef’s dream. He is the CEO of Billy G Catering, and with much encouragement from satisfied clientele, he has now ventured into the competitive restaurant world.
